It's EMP because it's designed to affect energy shields and, also, our EMP modules work almost the same way. If EMP means consistency, then OK. As future Eclipse player, i'll hate these modules. Is it "by design" that we won't get Flack, Stalker and EMP mines acting like Heavy Plasmas? Various types of enemy distinguishing mines for the win.
