OOPS! Starfall tactics has crashed.

Keep getting OOPS! Starfall Tactics has crashed. I have submitted the crash reports every time it happens.
I am not having any issues in other games, eve online, WOW, XCOM Enemy unknown all work with out issue.
If there is additional logging on my system let me know and I will post it.

This happens in the game mode survival and when I am in the combat section of discovery.
