Launcher Issue

When I downloaded the game, the launcher started up, but it would let me launch the game. It says the downloaded data is incomplete and that there may be a connection error. My internet is running well, the servers are green, I am running 64bit and I have tried re-installing the launcher. Anyone got any idea on how to fix this? The retry button doesn't fix it either.
Every other option in the launcher is able to be accessed, it just won't let me launch it, with the retry button just making the error message pop up again.

Edit: I had to reinstall the launcher like an additional 3 to 4 times for all the files to download. The launcher is now installing the game files. Yay.
