All in One: Game Review (Suggestions, balance, Etc)

This is an ongoing project with lots of changes coming. This is not the finished version.
Hello Guys. Here is a list of changes i have suggested.

Code: Select all

Balance
Race
- Reduce All Eclipse ships armor by 50%
- Increase All Eclipse ships shield by 100%

Talent
- Replace some of the talents (that grant credits) with + 2% Hull space

Module Balance
- Repair Module needs to be reduced in max range to 15,000 Meters

New Modules
- Create a new shield module that prevents Cannons from passing through
- Create a new shield module that prevents Missiles from passing through
- Create a new module that allows beams to Leech 30% of damage through shields
- Create (3) new modules that allows for ships to have larger cargo (Small: 50, Medium:150, Large:300 Space)

Mass Changes
- Reduce Mass (that grants slower movement speed) Bonus of armor by 20% (so ships are 20% faster)
- Reduce Health Bonus of Armor Modules by 15%
- Reduce mass of all small beams by 30
- Reduce mass of all medium beams by 40
- Reduce mass of all large Beams by 60
- Reduce mass of all small missiles by 10
- Reduce mass of all medium missiles by 30
- Reduce mass of all large missiles by 50
- Reduce mass of all small cannons by 20
- Reduce mass of all medium cannons by 40
- Reduce mass of all large cannons by 55
- Reduce mass of all small shield modules by 30
- Reduce mass of all medium shield modules by 60
- Reduce mass of all large shield modules by 80

Discovery Mode
- Limit Cargo On ships to a Max of 300%.
- Improve Movement Speed of players by 100% (in Over Map)
- Improve Movement Speed of Npcs by 120% (in Over Map)

Trading
- Set a Value on planets to resolve "hunger" or "ore shortage" to 2,000 of Each type.
- Change Values of Trade Goods to:
- Low Quality : 1 IGC,RP
- Moderate Quality : 2 IGC,2RP
- High Quality : 3 IGC,3RP
- Add a Special Bonus (if Starving Planet, or Needs ore) +3 IGC,RP


System Capture (Faction vs Faction)
- When reaching max resource (30,000/30,000 WP) the game should properly end.

Survival Mode
Redesign Survival mode. Limit 15 Waves. Grant Bonus for completion. Set X Experience Per Wave, and Y Bonus for completion.
- Improve the "Wave Spawn Rates|" in Survival mode to every 1 minute (per wave).
- Improve "Base" Warp point income to 30 points per second.
- Reduce Capture Point (Smaller Capture points) Income to 5 Points Per Second, and 10 Points per second if a upgrade is built.
- Improve Weapons range on Battle station Upgrade for survival mode.
- Improve Credit Income for Survival mode by Set Value X, and a bonus of Y Upon Completion.

Itemshop
- Change Faction Booster to cost Reputation Points

(English) Translation
- Rename "Supply station" to "Outpost"
- Rename "Outpost" to "Space Station"
- Rename "Mother ship" to "Star Base"

Quality of Life
- Auto-Login Feature (Client stores some sort of API to auto-login the players; Similar to Blizzards Launcher)
- Remember password Option
- Change Slider bar to "Typed Value"

Recommendations
Ships
- Create a "General" Section For Ships to allow for any module type (except Weapons)
- Convert Special Abilities into a "Slot" Option, giving each hull 1-4 slots for abilities. This will help improve room for customization with ships.
